WILLKOMMEN ZUM UPDATE 30.0!

You will find:

  • The Pantheon is a gathering of the mightiest units from every faction! The critical damage bonus, and the new system of shaping the meta
  • Weekly Blessings: they are for two factions at once now. Bonuses for killing bosses with units of the blessed factions, and the new leaderboard! 
  • The Phantom mode becomes the default PvP mode for players starting with the Leagues. The changes affect both the ranking-driven PvP and some of the regular events: the Mirror Match and the Rush for Glory
  • New event: the Shard Hunting. Awesome rewards are allotted for winning!
  • The Spring Marathon with the new guest from the Dark Domain – the Twilight Ranger. And a special event leaderboard with rare rewards
  • Reincarnation for the Genie and the Bard

THE PANTHEON AND FACTION BLESSINGS

The Pantheon is the gathering of the mightiest units from all five factions.

  • Only Damage type units are eligible to join this group of the mightiest
  • Units in the Pantheon receive a permanent bonus to critical damage
  • When a new unit is introduced, it will replace the previous unit of its faction in the Pantheon
  • Units that leave the Pantheon lose the bonus

Weekly Faction Blessings are also getting an update – two factions will be receiving a Blessing each week, and a special leaderboard will be introduced!

  • Units from the blessed factions will grant extra rewards for defeating bosses!
  • The most active players can climb the global leaderboard and earn additional prizes!
  • Results will be tallied weekly, with boss kill progress and modifiers resetting at the end of each cycle
  • Leaderboard rewards will be delivered via in-game mail

*Pantheon bonuses and Faction Blessings become available starting from Arena 2.

PHANTOM BECOMES THE MAIN PVP MODE

With this update, Phantom becomes the default PvP mode for players starting with 4000 trophies.

The changes affect both the ranking-driven PvP and some of the regular events: the Mirror Match and the Rush for Glory.

The classic PvP will remain available for players in the Arenas, as well as the Rhandum League and Royal Trials events.

SHARD HUNTING

Meet the new Shard Hunting event! You will need to build 3 different decks. At the start of a battle, you will be able to block one of the opponent’s decks, while they will be able to block one of yours in the same way. This way, you will be able to choose the decks you will be more comfortable playing against.

Win and pave your way to the top of the leaderboard! Besides, you will be receiving valuable rewards for winning – including Celestial Shards!

SPRING MARATHON

The Isle of Rhandum is in peril again - the Cunning Fay is back to cause mischief once more. But she can be dealt with by enlisting the help of the new Legendary unit – the Twilight Ranger! Gather collectible cards, complete quests, and she will be yours!

Special rewards during the Spring Marathon event

  • While the Marathon is on, a separate regional leaderboard will be launched
  • Participate while using the new unit, and you will be able to receive unique rewards for the number of slain bosses!
     

NEW LEGENDARY UNIT

The Twilight Ranger is the new Legendary unit that belongs to the Dark Domain faction and specializes in dealing damage.

Primary mechanics:

By collecting souls of the vanquished monsters, the Twilight Ranger increases the damage she deals. When merging or absorbing these Rangers, they pass the accumulated souls to the nearby Rangers, preserving the power of the squad. When the Mana Power-up button is tapped, the Rangers fire a volley of enchanted arrows – the Magical Shot that deals damage to monsters in an area. It is capable of penetrating even the sturdiest armor!

Unit talents:

  • Level 9: The Ranger gains a chance to finish off monsters instantly, and her attack speed increases. If the second talent is chosen, she attains the ability to perform the Magical Shot automatically when Rangers are merged, and to deal a vast amount of damage against bosses while sacrificing damage from regular attacks
  • Level 11: The Ranger becomes capable of using the magic energy of souls to be cleansed of negative effects, or increases her chances to claim the soul of a slain monster
  • Level 13: Gives the Ranger additional shots against monsters provided that she has accumulated enough soul, or an increase to her critical damage
  • With the talent of Level 15, the Magical Shot gains a damage bonus, as well as the increased chance of dealing critical damage.

Unit Reincarnation:

1 - The Magical Shot leaves behind a cursed area that decreases the armor of monsters inside it for several seconds.

2 - Using Mana Power-up gives a chance to replenish the charges of Magical Shot.

3 - When a boss or mini boss appears in the cursed area, it causes a magical blast that binds monsters in the area for a few seconds and deals percentage damage to them.

The keen arrow is the last thing the enemy is going to see before dying!

BARD AND GENIE GET REINCARNATED

Bard

1st Reincarnation: One Bard on the field becomes a One Man Orchestra, gaining bonuses from the Accordionist and Drummer talents at once, as well as increasing the damage dealt by all Bards on the field.

2nd Reincarnation: Inspiration is faster to accumulate!

3rd Reincarnation: Monsters near the One Man Orchestra are slowed and receive increased critical damage.

  • Genie

Genie

1st Reincarnation: During the Active Phase, all Genies deal increased damage!

2nd Reincarnation: Activating Mana Power-up now grants extra charges!

3rd Reincarnation: The Genie’s vortexes are infused with destructive energy, increasing the critical damage taken by monsters!

Synergy units:

  • Scrapper
  • Minotaur
  • Treant

BALANCE CHANGES

Bard

  • Inspiration bonus up to 300 charges is now lower: 1% → 0.75%
  • Inspiration bonus beyond 300 charges is now lower: 0.35% → 0.25%
  • Armor reduction effect in Music Mode is now lower: 40% → 30%

Accordionist talent nerfed

  • Max damage bonus is now lower: 56% → 42%

Drummer talent nerfed

  • Armor reduction per rank decreased: 3% → 1.5%

Genie

  • Base attack damage (at level 7) is now lower: 375 → 318
  • Base damage of magic fist (at level 7) is now lower: 125 → 106
  • Base damage of magic vortex (at level 7) is now lower: 267 → 227

Phoenix

  • Damage bonus at 10 charges is now higher: 30% → 50%
  • Damage scaling for 1.75% per charge is now active for 500 charges instead 
    of 400

Riding Hood

Alpha talent buffed

  • Damage bonus per stack up to 40 is now higher: 0.3% → 0.5%
  • Damage bonus per stack beyond 40 is now higher: 0.1% → 0.25%

* Fixed a bug where the unit description showed incorrect critical damage bonus: 40% → 140%

OTHER CHANGES

Alterations to Dungeons

  • The difficulty of the Endless Floor is growing less steeply starting with the 14th minute
  • Selectable boosts are altered and improved. LEGENDARY boosts have been added

Working with visual elements and the legibility of the playing field

  • The contrast of units unavailable for merging is increased
  • Certain projectile groups have been made smaller and less detailed
  • Periodic cycling of positive and negative effects containing particles is enabled for units
  • Certain noisy effects, as well as effects with a large amount of particles, have been changed or simplified
